Our inks

We have chosen the innovative Caligo Safe-Wash
inks for our studio. These inks are vegetable oil-based
and will safely and easily wash away with soap and
water alone, without the need for harmful and expensive solvents. Unlike most rubber inks, which may still have vegetable oils (30% in some cases), these inks contain
no heavy metals. These inks are AP Certified by the
ACMI as non-toxic.

Although it is much harder to achieve the same
opaque colour and full ink coverage as rubber inks,
we feel that it’s the best choice for us, our customers
and the environment.
